I would think your insurance agent might have access to some historical information for a specific area as they would want to examine this closely for their underwriting.

As someone who owns quite a bit of real estate and uses leverage, I don't disagree that leverage is good.

They are essentially the same thing you are describing, but sharing an "expert opinion".I am also not a fan of how BiggerPockets itself is doing this same thing in the forum by posting blog posts and you don't have the ability to comment on the posting (because some times I disagree with the posting!)

Just because you disagree with the conclusion that most people come up with after visiting dogs bite.org does not make it "fake news" or propagandist. 

I had been starting to catch onto the way he was manipulating me at this point and I do think he noticed me noticing which was scary in of itself to be examined in such a way, like sitting across the table from a predator whos meal he had paid for with my money I was forking over to him for all these months.
