Do you suggest renting PO Box to collect rent?

I utilize a PO Box as well.It wouldn't be hard for our tenants to find out where we live (tax assessor's online tool) ~ But for $50/yearly ... it gives me a bit more piece of mind :)

QB really is not made well for landlords and landlords leave QB every day for better software, payment processing is really expensive, and with QB there's no tenant portal for your tenants to schedule payments or push maintenance requests.

I don't live in CA, and wasn't aware of the Prop 13 passing to the next owner if it's parent to child and both live in it as their primary.
