I would not be surprised if banks would not recognize them either.. maybe I dont know enough about insurance..

My local community bank that I had a relationship established with helped me finance this deal.

Otherwise, just go through all the local/regional banks.   

@Yinon Estikangi - On my BRRRs I've been asked by most appraiser for the rent amount and sometimes asked by the bank for a copy of the lease.

If you buy a fix-and-flip property and use a hard money lender to fund it (your LLC as the borrower), why would the bank ask for a personal guarantee?

I don't have credit history in the US so I'm not able to qualify for traditional financing through a bank and being approved where I'm from is surprisingly just as challenging.

Jeff makes up repeated excuses and strange reasons as to why he can't/won't pay (i.e. family emergency, bank is rejecting wires, software/website is buggy, telling investors to go "f*ck their mother").I'm in a group with 30 other investors who were also scammed by him. 

Is this a red flag to banks for getting approved?

We are also reviewing a company that can use it to scan bank statements and tax retturns to quickly sort where money is spent and if documents are fraudulent.
