Are we about to see an uptick in due on sale clause enforcement?

Most properties are remotely managed by owners/PMs and what was suggested would be an impossible and unrealistic standard to set - much less enforce. 

With blockchain, every transaction is recorded (e.g. see my BP post from 5 years ago), hence why governments like buying the currency... for law enforcement purposes.

Would definitely check local zoning / code enforcement laws as well.  

You can try small claims court, but nothing is enforceable, so it is mostly a waste of your time...and some of the problematic tenants know this.I agree with Jill, if they do make payments, take cash or money orders-no cheques.
