It's tough out there to make numbers work!

My girlfriend and I are looking to get into Multifamily real estate investing and have also looked into the possibility of house hacking, although a good affordable property seems to be tough but not impossible in this area.

Keep in mind that this is also a very tough time to be entering the market as an agent because the inventory is so low.  

@Sonja Revells , after reviewing the agreement you uploaded, I realized it could be a bit tough to fight for your EMD due to these sketchy clauses.

They make setting high rental prices very tough.

Cleveland is a great cash flow market but it's tough to navigate from afar.

The weekly rentals were $8,000 (June) & $8,500 (July-August) As the summer season rental is approaching us, we are faced with a tough decision.

They put their educated, well dressed employees on the front line and hide the Highschool dropouts in the office and that is who's actually managing your home. 

MTR is tough to gauge and is definitely depending on location. 

Tough one to answer as it depends if this is a $1M property or $100k property.
