I've head from others who went this route and had to pay before delivery which caused strain on capital because they couldn't complete draws in the same manner as stick built construction.

One thing I'm trying to do is to test different cover photos to see which ones draw a greater % of click-thrus (which seems like a reasonable thing to test).I'd like to be able to view the Airbnb stats to see, for each cover photo I test, things like what % of people click through on it.

I was thinking of starting a rent increase for my 1 bedroom tenant voucher due it being low and well under fair market value(Based on  hud and zip code) but my tenant is in the process of having a caretaker for her disability and getting approved for a two bedroom voucher.
