Some tenants have never lived with a septic system and do not know what can or cannot be flushed.Is the Septic addendum something y’all came up with or is it available for download? 

So it's more so a data aggregation tool that allows you to even download all the data of all the listings with 50 miles of the city that you're targeting, cities are limited as of now.Though it would be cool to do something like that, it's not the intent.

For something more advanced Lone Star Capital has one on their website you can download for free I believe

So for instance for our lead organization & management, I clean the lists up in google sheets and then download as a .CSV file and upload into Airtable (google sheets on steroids) where its easier and cleaner to manage.I use Airtable to manage our raw leads data - I have a trigger set up, that whenever we change the status to "qualified", that lead will go into our CRM (Salesmate.io) where we track our contacts and deals.

I want to either build a spreadsheet or download/buy one that allows me to review what things such as Projected AAR, Projected Avg CoC, Exit IRR, etc, actually mean to the bottom-line.
