FWIW, I have found an number of factors more likely to be associated with poor judgement and decision making skills than current income including: behavior consistent with a cluster B personality disorder (especially very high entitlement), severe mental illness, a very young age and severe adverse childhood events combined with a lack of family or social support, and drug/alcohol addiction.

I spent my high school getting drunk, partying, "experimenting", and skipping school with little regard for reprecussion as my school was overwhelmed with children with true behavioral disorders.

Mental illness, bottom line definition seems to be when someone fails to conform to the expectations of society due to any personality or physical manifestation....while we try to label disorders that are similar.I don't know if evil is in all of us, to some degree, but there are certainly evil people.I think Jason has a point too, going further, evil may only exist if there is good.

More people died in the name of religion then from any combination of diseases, and it was in this realisation that globally in 2039, religion was officially declared an "infectuous mental disorder" and a cure was sought.2050====The Only treatment was determined to be isolation, so a dome was created over Australia and all religious zealots were relocated there and the dome was locked for what was to be 1000 years, at which time, the doors would be opened, and the world would find out who won.3050====The doors were never re-openned, no one cared ..Mankind was saved!

Upon interviewing potential tenants, I would explain to them the current situation so that they know that some disorder and noise could occur during their first few weeks/months.  

So, as a result it only took about a month before I realized that this "disorder" he had was indeed quite severe.  

This home is in a constant state of ever evolving disorder.

The few (all were disordered) that made excessive or inappropriate calls, quickly found that it was a bad idea.

It includes failure to pay rent, disorderly conduct, violating lease agreements, not paying a rent increase, human trafficking, THE OWNER WANTS TO LIVE IN THE HOUSE OR APARTMENT (see what I did there?)
