I amy be a bit biased, but after working with investors form all over the globe, the one thing I have learned is that the venture is largely hinged on the front end of the transaction that  utilizing a reliable higher local provider with sophisticated operations and systems not just plans of how they will help you acquire, repair and pas you along to a magnet company.

They're magnets for trouble and insurance headaches. 

Gist of the idea is you develop your marketing advertisement (think: car magnet), hire a driver who is already actively driving around (Lyft, Uber, etc), and have someone (or many someones) marketing your company while they drive. 

Where I live, I can go down to the county courthouse and request a data disk that has all owner data tracked by the county. 

Also, show up at HomeDepot on a Saturday morning and walk around the parking lot taking pictures of sub's magnetic stickers on their trucks saying what they do and their phone numbers.Hope this helps other newbies like me.

If you are going to stain floor I highly recommend you buff bare floor with 120 grit screen disk prior to stain.  

So far, I've sent out truly hand written yellow letters, just launched a postcard campaign using Every Door Direct Mail from the post office, setup two different websites and associated google adwords campaigns, and I also got 1 lead from my car magnet.
