Hey guys,  Im thinking of shifting my traditional checking/saving account and mortgage to a manulife one account which my broker has suggested so I can be ready to pounce on a house and properly conduct the yellow letter direct marketing offering cash when they want it. 

I'm making some pretty big moves right now and changing my business plan in a new direction, so I don't want to die of shiny object syndrome, but this method really speaks to me.

We had a broker dealer arrangement and used their invest direct button since we had a regulation a+ offering.

@Corey Pinch if you're a go-getter, make sure you find a company, or negotiate, that you're directly rewarded for your hustle - commissions, bonuses, etc.

Right now the institutional borrowers unless they are direct lending will not, and that is far and few between that are doing this.

I am considering purchasing in Lower Dimond and any of the directly adjacent neighborhoods.

If you’re using a mortgage to buy the property, most lenders won’t allow you to put it directly into an LLC—at least not right away.
