Have someone open up the ceiling, diagnose the problem and repair it.

Hello all,I am currently a I.t professional who has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.I am seeking a career change that will give me more control and flexibility to accommodate my changing physical capabilities.my son and I are going to partner in this venture that we have been saving up and watching our credit scores to prepare for.any help I can get as a member of this community will be greatly appreciated.Fred Hunt Sr.

In 1996 at the age of four, my son was diagnosed with a neurological condition referred to as high-functioning autism.

I'm familiar with lead in old houses as my daughter was diagnosed with high lead levels in the 1990s.  

I went years with no diagnosis until I finally found a talented neurologist who correctly diagnosed it and sent me off to a psychiatrist for treatment.I got a cocktail of meds which kept the seizures at bay effectively and included sleeping pills.  

I can't tell you how many people ask me to diagnose them on the spot in the grocery store (if they haven't already diagnosed themselves via webMD lol).I'm sure everyone has heard the saying "Better to be thought an idiot then to open one's mouth and remove all doubt", well, when you make statements like you have in this post regarding 99.9% of Realtors being unethical you have removed all doubt.I don't take offense to you insulting a Realtor specifically, I'm annoyed by the ignorance it takes to make a blanket statement as you have done, it sets off alarm bells in my logical mind.Haven't you heard that 100% of all real estate investors are Scum Bags?

I had a strong start, but things slowed down when my grandmother was diagnosed with brain cancer.

From the time he was diagnosed until the time he died was a little over 1-month.

Then he will diagnose it and help me do a cost/benefit analysis of repair vs replace.
