Yeah, most cities/areas have a dedicated FB group like "XXX area real estate investors group" or whatever.

You simply have to have a dedicated account where only those deposit monies sit.

Hey Chris, a few thoughts here.Considering that office is not attached to the house, I wouldn’t add any footage to the total home square footage; however, you could advertise that office space and amount of footage and amenities in your remarks.If you’re a Realtor or are using one for the sale, your local MLS may have fields dedicated to additional footage for other buildings on the property, such as ADU’s.The other point is that typically, perhaps depending upon location, a space needs to have heating to count in the square footage, which this office doesn’t have if I understand correctly.Consider contacting an appraiser to inquire about how they would handle this space on an appraisal, or a Realtor.

He had a client who was debating between buying a small apartment building in L.A. or spreading out capital on multiple units in Phoenix.. after running the numbers with a dedicated local realtro who actually drove around neighborhoods, he opted for Phoenix because he could get more doors for the same cost.

Just like any business, the reward is big but STR requires a lot of dedication and self sacrifice. 

And document the hell out of everything, hell make a YT page dedicated to it all like a docu-movie.

It might be a good time to come together instead of passively displaying your political views on a platform dedicated to real estate investing. 

Definitely not, IMO, Been there and its a waste of time and money and risk unless you have dedicated plan to take advantage of having it.
