The service animal con tenants attempt to play is mush easier to debunk than the emotional support animal although the emotional support is easier to get rid of.Both are usually a con to allow tenants to have pets and can be debunked.If you have a issue simply do not renew the tenants lease when it is up rather than open a can of worms over legality of pet classification.

their helocs would still carry a balance they have to make interest pmts on (higher than normal morgage interest), since they front-load it and have no money to actually pay it off until the end of the year or however many months you front it. you're arguing that front-loading a heloc in the beginning of the year is better than simply adding an extra amount to your principal monthly. that has been debunked in various threads (incl. the ones I've linked).
