Initially I had a feeling you didn’t really know what you’re talking about but now it’s crystal clear you have no idea what your saying and you are more than likely just another misleading , Detroit PM nightmare like 99% of the other PM’s in Detroit with all sorts of hidden fees, secret add-on’s who work against the tenant rather then with them so they end up vacating and you guys salvate over another nickel and dime placement fee.The question ‘why’ in your first comment has absolutely NOTHING to do with it I am simply sharing my experiences.

No, be requiring things be made crystal clear right from the jump, and requiring signed doc stating (a) buyer was informed of agency and (b) exactly what that exact agency relation is, it BEST defends against any lawsuit after the fact based on "well I thought....".

***I had a nightmare tenant (let's call them The Crystals) that didn't provide a fwd address either in the past and kept saying they would sue for the security deposit blabla but never did anything, kept the security deposit for their last month so they didn't overstayed, therefore I didn't chase them for the rest of the lease amount since they vacated, happy they were gone.In the case actions I see an officer was assigned, this is the first time I see this portal (created account to be able to look up the case once I saw the Rushmores packing up and leaving?
