Influencers are notorious for this - everyone is selling some kind of course, RE, fitness, financial management etc. 

Of course the broker had to be representing you as the buyer and clearly denoted on the contract..

Also, I would highly advise against any overpriced courses or gurus trying to sell you on courses or programs that costs thousands of dollars.

Currently I am taking my real estate courses to achieve my license so I would be able to invest and learn more about real estate.

It isn't a big job but I don't want things to go south so I stay in it.Of course I practically live on this forum so I pass along any pertinent info I find as well as answer questions.
