Most of the best contractors are busy enough that they do not need to pay a fee on these websites in order to get work.Try to find a contractor recommended by a happy costumer.

I think this is a good rough estimate, around $150 for a standard construction with  pretty basic level materials and around $175-$250 for costume finishes home you build for yourself and you want to make sure everything is done with extra care.
