vs. needing to get checkbook control set up?

What I'm really looking for is a simple platform where my tenant can pay rent online rather than send in a physical check every month (their current system...).

Have been talking about getting into real estate investing for the last 2-3 years and finally pulled the trigger on a 3 unit house hack in Soulard that will be closing later this month and will be self-managing the property.I'm trying to network a bit with other investors, build a solid team of contractors / handymen, and set my systems up in way to scale, but also so my tenants have a good experience.

Implement scalable systems and processes to effectively manage and grow your real estate holdings.

As a new investor, your best bet is to start small with an app like DealMachine or Propstream so you have direct control of your options.

We don't allow advertising or deal making in our Private Message System, so that could be the issue.

Correct, you as the "lender" have to control the contract as the buyer.  

Owner will need an Annual Owner Statement from your acconting system, reflecting those gross collected amounts and all expenses, including your management fees.
