I have a recently built condo (late 2007) with all recent applicances that I need to rent out.

It's interesting because they show up in courthouse records based on when the probate was started, Not a certain time after death.Now some may be recent deaths, but others (when I gave my condolences for their death on the phone) had passed away years ago, and they had just started the probate process.

No words can properly convey condolences.

Extend you condolences to her and see how she's doing ,and let her know that whenever she is ready to talk about selling her house, she can call you anytime to discuss it so she doen;t feel harash or you are just up to her preoperty.

I stopped by the home to introduce myself, give my condolences for her loss and tell her that I am an investor, etc.

I’m in the process of making a brochure for a funeral home and I want it to be a bifold in on The front page I want my condolences for Second page I want to put what they could be going through in probate third page is where I am having trouble third page is what I want to talk about and how I can solve the problems for them and then the last page basically who I am my story I am call action.But I’m having trouble with this figuring out what is it that we do solve for them so that it sounds simple and easy any suggestions?
