Probate brochure help me please

I’m in the process of making a brochure for a funeral home and I want it to be a bifold in on The front page I want my condolences for Second page I want to put what they could be going through in probate third page is where I am having trouble third page is what I want to talk about and how I can solve the problems for them and then the last page basically who I am my story I am call action.

But I’m having trouble with this figuring out what is it that we do solve for them so that it sounds simple and easy any suggestions?
