Watching some infomercials and found a very neat tool, the Versacut, a swiss army hand saw (tile, circular, table, and chop).I am looking to get my first tool set, and noticed that this would be easier to haul and use than a bunch of different items in a bag.

Its often times best to just take a circular saw, set it to the depth of the floor thickness and cut the floor including the subfloor into squares and then remove them.

I've got to tell you, as a recent executor, I get so much mail, that anything from anyone I don't know gets chucked into the "circular file".To me, it seems like all the offers come from people who think I'm hot for a new Escalade, or I wanna get high.

In my experience in this current market and across the country, if your offer price is not at least 80% of the ask price (this assumes the ask price is at or below value and not extraordinarily inflated above that), then it would likely get filed in the circular cabinet (trash can).
