In my experience with contract for Deed, 80% of the problem was centered around home buyers who made the monthly payments in cash and due to poor record keeping or outright fraud, the payments made were not credited.

However, after talking to some loan professionals, it seems that there are always origination fees, appraisal fees etc.My question is, what fees should I expect to pay when opening up my first HELOC.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
