Thanks, but I am not sure how this is "not profitable" when it has a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Chalet A-frame on the south end with breathtaking views predicted to make 50 K on the low end and 60 K or more on the high end (ROI in excess of 30%).

What grabbed my attention right away were the breathtaking views and the size of the backyard.

I could sell some or all of the homes (they're all fairly recent, so no breathtaking appreciation, but no losses either) and just invest the money in index funds instead.So . . . what do you think of my situation?

While Indian Village and Boston Edison are breathtakingly beautiful, they're still a half-step behind Beverly Hills.
