@Anish ToliaYep it is worth it ...Atleast for me .stress is relative to the person being stressed because Life is what you make it .you have to alter your mindset and expectatIons to invest in these areas .if you can get in at a low price point and make a great profit each month then why not . if I have to scold a tenant once per month for leaving out junk bicycles in the yard or hanging beach towels up for curtains/ blinds then yeah I’m okay with that !

Police arrived and found several stolen bicycles in the living room.  

It will look like a nice interior wall finish but be almost indestructible because it's concrete.The garage could be used to build 5 temporary storage lockers for all their extra gear, bicycles etc.

(my "hobbies" have varied from cars, computers, home audio, car audio, electronics, computer programming, photography, motorcycles, hiking, bicycling, running, on and on the list goes) I'd say I never mastered any of them and I still find most interesting, I just don't do them anymore for various reasons.I have stuck with the same area of work for 10 years now, but now I am truly bored with it.

I don't think even a coney cart on bicycle wheels would be easy unless you hired kids to push the things and sell for you.

I also bought and sold a courier business and even worked as a Pedi-Cab Driver (bicycle taxi) on weekends.
