If you don't have investor lift in your budget you have to utilize tools like propstream, or batch leads to identify who's paying cash for properties.

Some things I did to streamline some of that is pay some of the expenses in batches if you can't or unwilling to automate.Maybe what you need to do is look at streamlining your own process. 

I guess there's "one bad apple" in the batch.  

At the same time: Many sponsors take in multiple investors in a large batch (i.e. a closing).

Very rough but I'll get my merch department on it like Cookie Monster is on a new batch of Chocolate Chip. 

There are skip tracers that are more accurate than others, I use batch skip tracer.If you want more quality leads, I would transition more towards inbound campaigns, such as pay per click.

I often buy several water heaters or large batches of shingles when they are on sale knowing I will use them within a year or 2.
