I see it as no different from borrowing from a bank.

When they pick up, explain that you meant for your LLC to be a disregarded entity and you HAVE NOT filed any tax returns yet.

You typically will see small banks/credit unions probably wouldn't be able to out-of-state, but otherwise any mid-size company or larger should be able to.

Local banks and smaller credit unions are most aggressive in this space.

At any rate, I saw someone trying to explain how the @... works yesterday and I tried, but I really couldn't figure it out.

Just add an update at the top or bottom explaining it's being resolved?

I decide to call Waivo direct and ask them EXACTLY how this works with Furnished Finder and they were much better in explaining how it works. 

Banks so far have required me to come in person to open account.
