Higher maintenance must be accounted for and is annoying, but if you end up refreshing it before renting, that will save you time and money down the road.

I only have three rentals so it's not that big of a deal but I can imagine if I had more that it would be a lot to manage to send out individual links to apply•Smaller annoyance is $30 seems like a lot to charge tenants to submit a background check on an application but that is the fee required by RentRedi for them to pay.

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying

When i try to book a place, i find those videos on VRBO a little annoying to navigate so i don't care for them.You can add your own utube video of your property on VRBO for free.
