I think the point to remember is to get your own comps, both ales comps and rental comps to evaluate a price, and not depend on some website to do it for you.

Kat, As you state no contents at the risk you might ask to take that off of your policy so you wont pay for something you can never need.Additional living expenses ALE cover the same thing as rental income loss reimbursement.
