I've been meeting all of my goals by being very active with my listings. 

They are a great tool becuase some lenders use AirDNA to qualifiy rental income if the property is not actively an AirBNB.

Are you looking to invest into a passive vehicle or are you able to utilize the funds in more of an active capacity?
