In many of the western states, the Feds own 60-80% of the total land.But in answer to the original question, I don't see it helping, we don't need housing where most Fed land is.....

I positioned mine near Case Western Reserve University and the hospital system, and that has been a major advantage.

Western Alliance, I think it was.

I know this is a super competitive space and like @Joshua Granberg said, the new zoning changes in western Washington in recent years has been a game changer for these types of units.

I'm in western Pennsylvania but have not been able to get deals that match the 2% rule here either. 

@Kent Ford Texas is not a market but a massive state nearly the size of Western Europe.

However I only know the western Oregon market and this type of RE wholesale would only work in the midwest or south where real estate isn't as crazy high demand/low inventory/above market value as Oregon is, so I can't apply my same parameters/experience/cost of renovations/what local buyers prefer/high demand neighborhoods vs slums etcMost RE programs have lots of reviews but this program seems to have no easy to find honest reviews from folks that are not connected to promoting it

MYSELF also a licensed RE broker since 1975.In land deals I did in the late 70s to mid 80s .. much of it not only rural but remote back into Western Us national forest lands..

I currently have a Proper policy on my vacation home in the mountains of Western NC, and I am tired of them increasing the rate so much.
