Have you tried:- Running comps of similar properties in the area and calling those buyers directly- Posting Craigslist, Newspaper, BP, adds- Find some local meetups and market it to them- Reach out to local agents in the area and see if they have any buyers that may be interested- Reaching out to local wholesalers and shopping it to their buyers listJust a few quick ideas I would try.

Your local newspaper under "Estate Notices" in the classifields may yield the executor and contact info.

, I read newspapers etc - I live here, and I understand trends a lot betterI can (and I will) read articles on real estate in the US, and what areas in the country are going to develop and so on, but do you really think that I can take smart decisions relying these articles?

.], Local RE: You need to know your local real estate market and you can learn that by reading the local newspapers (both general and business) and one of the best ways to learn what I found to learn what's going on locally is by following newspapers, journalists and towns on Twitter, also head to your local town hall and speak to the P&Z dept., EcoDev and other dept's to see what's going on in the town's you want to invest. 

The one before that was longer, started in 1987, and hit rock bottom in 1992-1993, with pages of foreclosure auctions in the newspapers.

I get a lot more traffic off of these now than any other form of advertising, even the newspaper.
