The zoo & airport are indicators that the community is drawing in visitors & residents from outside the area.  

Find someone else that doesn’t want to move a zoo into your property. 

They want to know down to the exact house which race is there or not.When you go to the zoo you want to know where theodorous oinkers oink, porcupines hang out, where the bulls of pit party,  where the lazy elephants roam, and where the stingy squirrels do their business. 

There's a lot of deferred maintenance and it's a really old neighborhood.It's just south of Reid Park Zoo on 29th.  

And we have a nice zoo. 

I'd be more concerned about the Airbnb part and in your case I think the location to Riverwalk, Babtist Medical, not far from Downtown, Restaurants and the Aquarium, Zoo & Botanical Gardens you'd probably have plenty of interest.

I’m aware these areas are pricey but still when will these prices come crashing even in the less desirable places of the city like Mattapan and even closer to Franklin Park Zoo houses are too expensive.

This would provide a clear understanding that a tenant cannot establish a "zoo" on the property.

I don´t know the exact address today but this building is located between Rockdale Academy and Zoo.
