I am a huge fan of the bus system here too, but as a mode of commute for your typical 9-5er I think the subway is more ideal.

Yup, the little glass block tiles in the shower and as kitchen backsplash, subway tile is in its third or forth go round, and I think the Urban industrial look will be the "Oh that is so 2015"

I'm considering investing money in different avenues, and one being the purchase of a Subway franchise to supplement income.I have always had subway on my mind, and I feel now, given all things, it wouldn't be a bad idea. 

We anticipate that being the last thing that needs to be completed before we put this on the market.We also decided to put a subway tile type white backsplash as well.  

The larger subway tile pattern with a grey grout will pop well and not break the bank.

Most of the flips I've seen in this area all look the same, grey walls, grey floors, shaker cabinets, subway tile, etc.
