Finally I found my Los Angeles realtor (third time's the charm) who was and is an all-star and she also sold my house for me in late-2020 when I left California. 

I would say the stars aligned for your deployment there.Also, I think that point is really important.

The mom and pop investors well we know they tend to run with social media and how some looks as we have seen with some of the SM stars that have their projects in trouble. to me this is just going to go to judgement then Chapter 7 .

That’s like saying we shouldn’t attack drug dealers as a group, the very line of work is bad for society, in nearly every case I’ve seen with a wholesaler they have paid less to a homebuyer, than that homebuyer could have gotten on the market, it’s why investors, myself included like them, but it by definition is a disreputable line of work, if it’s legal and still want to do it, go ahead but don’t think your gonna get a good star for making money in a line of business that exploits old people. 

Their online reviews on google seem great and everything is 5 stars but I promise you the team is terrible.

Add an additional two months for the contract to fall through due to buyer trying to negotiate like they are on the cast of Pawn Stars. 

We will NEVER accept a request without previous 5-star reviews again. 

Now their rates have increased. 5 Stars on Google doesn't mean much, definitely avoid Pioneer Property Management at all costs. 

Maybe this is a Milwaukee thing, but we have a lot who are either not good, cringeworthy to listen or outright dangerous, many of them with 5 star reviews on Google, which is a mystery to me
