I was told my current vehicle, 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 payment was too high and is affecting my debt to income ratio.

@Joe SplitrockI am a contractor, drive a Ram 2500 ProMaster High Roof, that’s neatly loaded with almost every tool I’d ever need, along with tons of “parts”, plumbing repair stuff, electrical, etc etc. you name it, I probably have it.

The property is 20 minutes SE of DTLA and can honestly say you're less than 30 min to major attractions (beach, Disneyland, Rams stadium, 3 Cal States).

Poor kid--where is Child Protective Services in this mess I wonder.Maybe the door handle and lock set are salvageable if they didn't hit them with the ram?

@Aaron Ram My apartment complex is full right now, and it's a nice location for a nice price, so I can't imagine it'd be hard to not use that for my advantage.

His is the 256GB version which has 8GB ram but he is also running some heavy development and database software which needs it.
