The master needs new tile and I can have the bathtub re-surfaced.

Just new doors and or resurfacing the fronts.

The state just resurfaced the 127 corridor through New Miami.Middletown's got some life since the AK Steel guys are back on contract, but a bunch of them are hanging on by a bare thread financially.

Could be 13k a door for a complete gut per unit including resurfacing small parts of a parking lot and replacing exterior windows.

Not sure what that walkway is made of but I might resurface that in a brighter color.

Thanks for the input Nick Colamarino unfortunately this thing is pretty rough and don't think it would accept a resurfacing.

Did you replace the kitchen cabinets or resurface them?

(so figure the pool resurface and also the pool decking) Watch out they don't damage the pool plumbing when they do this.  

Every time I turn an old unit in my 8 unit apartment, I'm faced with the question of whether to resurface the tub and surround or completely replace the tub and surround.

Resurfacing isn't cheap and potholes are a trip hazard waiting to happen.
