All dirt delivered, and compaction tests completed.Next comes underground plumbing and slab pouring. 

This is why seasoned investors run a "stress test" when evaluating their investments.

That doesn't pass a cursory BS test, and risks the appraiser calling out either fixed plumbing + permits, or a licensed professional remove the bathroom.

In the good ol' days, analyzing STR deals was an IQ test.

As you speak with prospective guests, just ask them and do some QA testing.

This didn't pass the smell test???

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

For me, I’ve been testing a few different methods recently, but I’m always looking for new ideas to take my wholesaling game to the next level.
