@Albert HallEveryone is talking about how section 8 is recession proof, but presumably HUD can’t print their own money.

He ended up finding an eight-plex in a growing neighborhood that’s now practically printing rent checks for him.

You can print out a CPA sheet that can break down every transaction (with receipts if you want - so you just upload it once when you're entering data and you're solid)You have the equivalent of class tracking because you can enter each rental or unit separately. 

Especially if it was just in the fine print.

Just be sure to read the fine print and watch out for any fees.

I believe it's out of print, but I'm sure you can find used copies.

My parents bought many SFRs in 70s and 80s and with mortgage rates at 18-19% but always made money as rents greatly exceeded mortgage payments, because home prices matched incomes for 200 years prior to 1994, then FED started money printing x 30 years until now.
