I personally would not like having strangers in my other rooms, if it was a duplex then sure, but not in my space. 

I am also in the process of reconfiguring my space to add a separate dwelling unit.

I think the cool thing back then was “Friendster or MySpace”.  

This kept a bit of distance (I didn't already have an established relationship with them) so I could build a tenant / owner type relationship first (and become friends after) but also ensured I had a good, quality person living in my space.

I definitely skew towards the side of being okay with tenants sharing my space... so much so that I wouldn't mind having roommates when I have kids (maybe I am being naive).

i was the last person i know to get a cell phone, the last to get a smart phone, the last to sign up for facebook, twitter, linkedin...fortunately, i never did set up a myspace page.not that those aren't great inventions, but i don't like to have my life consumed by gadgets, gizmos, and social websites.with that said, i see the value of maximizing social media in the real estate investing business.

Parking is always an issue unless you have it assigned and then the issue shifts to so and si is in my space again!

I simply told him that my space is actually 2 stalls away from this illegal parking space.

Soon, with Facebook looking and acting more and like Myspace, BP will end up being my only place to hang out online
