Expendable income attracts all the cool food joints, breweries, yoga studios, etc. that millennials love.Love prices + cool stuff = millennials crack.And before you know it the area has been "gentrified 2.0" and blows up like crazy.

Maybe its the millennial in me who just hates talking on the phone.My thoughts are why not hire someone to do this for me?

sounds about right.And I'm new to this 'house hacking' term -no one in real estate (at least in Florida) uses it unless its a Bigger Pockets member or millennial, but from what I gather, to house hack is to buy a home and then rent out the bedrooms to offset your mortgage.

The neighborhood now is still unrecognized by many millennials and feels stagnant and I wish many of the older, rock-ribbed residents would realize that that needs to change to some degree.

Its in the Old Colorado City (some compare it to the next Denver or Portland with the "hipster"/millennial influx) with unobstructed views of the mountain range and Pikes Peak, which really drive up cost here. 

And to meet the needs of job growth, we can expect residential real estate growth as well.It’s also worth noting that a lot of the new hires at Amazon will be millennials, who are far more likely to rent before they buy.

With more millennials buying houses every day, they will absolutely go to Zillow to look at what the "zestimate" is.

Im a millennial so im tired of online courses and spending money on expensive courses I just need someone I can shadow or meet with to explain the loop holes in wholesaling so I can quit my job and go with this full force

PS - I know realtors who did not adapt to technology and are now having difficulty maintaining a portfolio of clients, especially millennials who want everything done electronically, etc.
