Hi Maarten, I'm currently looking at investing in Colombia, probably more Medellin and the cost of borrowing is indeed an issue I'm trying to solve.

Beware that there are some STR regulations in Medellin, one of the most popular cities and they are enforced; there are ways to go around them.As a pure investor, I'd forget the other countries in the region you mentioned.

They are based in Medellin and help foreigners invest in properties in Colombia.
