When something breaks after the inspection the cash-strapped buyer sometimes looks for someone to pay.

I would suspect that these companies did not decide to go vertical when they were cash-strapped, but in a position of financial security to take on this new risk.

Personally I am not always a fan of bath mats being out (I usually drape them over the tub before pulling over the shower curtain to hide it) However, with only a shower and tile floors that can get slippery … Pottery Barn has some nice oversized ones that would look nice there.

Furniture, mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, bath mats, soap dispensers, hair dryers, iron, ironing board, vacuum, a FULLY stocked kitchen, TVs, cable, internet, rugs, outdoor furniture, hot tub (maybe?)

But on the other edge of that sword, the consumer is terrified of there own job security, and tend to tighten their own purse straps.
