We are nearly through with our forming stage (establishing initial business structure, putting systems in place, building power team, and lining up funding) and will begin looking at areas around the periphery of Ashburn in places such as Sterling, Leesburg, Purcellville, and further south around the Gainesville- Manassas-Chantilly triangle.  

I've seen a lot of requests coming in for the area from Rockville down to Leesburg so I think that MTR could be a viable option; however, most of the travelers that come in through Furnished Finder, a MTR specific site, are on a "budget" and might not be able to afford the rental rate that you would need to charge in order to cash flow.
