Definitely recommend getting some wallet cards made up -- these are smaller than business cards and can fit in wallet slots.

If you don't want them putting it in your mailbox, they can put it under the mat, or put a rent box/slot on your door that puts the rent safely inside your house.Honestly I don't get it.Almost all of my tenants pay electronically, but I do still have 1 or 2 that bring me checks. 

Buy from seasoned, established sellers, instead of some joker broker daisy chain on Fakebook or Linkedin...

The other thing, and this is key, is to really target their time slots.

The later you file, the more of those random slots are filled.Now, if you do something stupid like omit income for which you received a 1099 or W-2 you will first get a notice that they amended your return for you and telling you how much you owe.

You will never hear me say a positive word about this joker.
