The work was good enough but you definitely get what you pay for.

Over the last 2 weeks there hasn't been a property that has numbers even close to good enough to BRRRR or Flip.

They see it done on HGTV all the time and wonder why you (we) arent good enough to do the same.

Even if it does turn out to be terrible I've burned way more than 49 dollars on way dumber stuff in real estate, that is for sure.editHe probably does not remember it, but years ago I reached out to him and he gave me some great advice on a niche form of real estate investing, which is why I am saying if it is good enough for him it should be good enough for me. 

It doesn't take long to get good enough that you can look at a property and analyze it in your head or on a napkin.

Rent-to-own is great because it mean the person selling the house can charge more and not have to pay for a property manager, plus the buyer can get a home before they have a good enough credit score and/or the money for a down payment. 

The free option is good enough for tracking basic payments and expenses, but paid service makes digital leases and advertising very simple. 

If laminate is good enough and you still get market rents, go with it.

If there is no affordable housing means the economy there is not good enough for investors or bankers to support.
