How have you found success finding deals in today's market?

Where have you generally found tenants?   

Would love to get some more information on the deal like how you found it, how long ago you bought it, etc.  

Its easy to sell high yield deals.Looks like the rates they advertise are a good bit higher than other options ive found.

A lot of people say they can't find a good investment in LA, but you are proof that deals can be found.

I bought a book about investing in parks, but have only found 1 book about building a park, which was from the late 1950's. 

If you found a safe way to do lease options in Texas I’m all ears.

I found my second phone on Facebook Marketplace pretty cheaply for $60.

I have found that going that extra mile, like the couch covers etc and making sure the person with the disability has the easiest time visiting our place.As someone with a disability (I have a degenerative neurological disorder) and use a cane, I like to make sure folks with similar issues have a good time.

But, as my wife and I have done this over the past 5 years, we have found it moves less and less each time, and that we are essentially living the life we envisioned 5 years ago when we started this process.
