It is not just the appreciation portion that raises the bar, the property taxes are part of the equation that many people do not fully comprehend. 

It is short and easy to comprehend. 

But what I am struggling to comprehend is from the turnkey companies perspective what their incentive is for offering up cash flowing properties.

Your experience may indicate otherwise which makes your decisions impossible for me to comprehend.

You obviously did not read, nor comprehend what i wrote - as to my reason for yelling out the window was due to the time of night that it was and the music was loud, but I guess you'd assume that I was supposed to get dressed and go talk to them. 

I think you're right because I've heard that elsewhere, but on an intuitive level I just find it hard to comprehend.
