Look into which block chains and new technology is being created around real estate to comprehend and possibly invest. 

The videos my they've sent me didn't go into detail about blockchain and the process so it's kind of too vauge for me to invest my funds. 

Block Chain technology will eventually eliminate the need for Closing Attorneys and Title Companies and Title Insurance, etc...

With blockchain and digital currency, it is easier than ever to invest out of country.

Blockchain or a similarly speculative early-stage tech perhaps?

I'm originally from Everett, WA and enjoy learning and trying new things like real estate, new technologies like blockchain and data science, and anything aerospace like rockets, planes, etc.As far as real estate experience goes, I've worked on a couple of flips in Eastern Washington doing renovations with a couple business partners and it has reminded me of how much I enjoy working with my hands!

The blockchain technology on the other hand is sound and will keep everyone honest, thus completely eliminating a need for title companies.

Maybe that can help you get started.The concept of applying Blockchain Technology to real estate has been a hot topic for some time now.

Like the Blockchain thread going now and how that is going to revolutionize  title escrow and real estate and I don't even know what a blockchain is  LOL
