If you went to Las Vegas with $10k, and won $30k at the BlackJack table you would say you were ahead right? 

This promise was made by a woman who helped put me through college.Long story short, I lost everything:  My 4,400 sf. house in one of the most prestigious gated communities in Palmdale, CA.My 5 series BMW$200K in cash (I spent money like I had the $1M fee in hand)Owed Las Vegas casinos $12K in borrowed money (I was a semi-professional Black Jack gambler. 

Blackjack RE is certainly owned by a gambler....  

However, if I worked on learning how to count cards, I could sit at a blackjack table and have pretty good odds of walking away a winner.  

Like being a good black jack player.

Just as casinos found when card counting started in blackjack... even when you tell people the answer, they still go with their gut!

Almost like when you sit down at the blackjack table and find yourself up quickly.

I would not tell anyone how to conduct their lives or their business affairs, just as I would not appreciate anyone doing the same to me.But be aware of this: you would be far better served were you to gather your funds, go to a blackjack table at a casino someplace, and take hits all day on fifteen.And that is that.

You know, misaligned particle board/paper cabinets, dust and dirt in the floor finishes, caulking filling 2 inch gaps in the vinyl siding and blackjack all over the roof where the flashing should be...I call it Menarded
