You helped my anxiety with doing a flip. 

Anxities (The long of it): Prices are going up quickly in Sacramento area and rents don't necessarily seem to be going up at the same rate, so I'm having a little anxiety about finding a good deal.

Its great to have so many different options but it causes be a lot of anxiety deciding on where to focus and build my expertise. ..

this anxiety is driving me nuts! 

plus our $12K/year property taxes don't make it cheap (thats on a assessed $280K home)  I look at other homes in various parts of the country, astounded at how chep taxes are, because that would take the anxiety out of unloaded a property when flipping. 

I should be excited but instead I can’t help but feel anxiety? 

Too much debt and self esteem issues, anxiety etc.

If service animals help people with anxiety or PTSD, why is nobody ever healed?

My theory is that since there is such massive insecurity in not owning the roof over their heads, surrounding and in some cases burying themselves in junk is like self-medicating against the anxiety.

Being new to this, it was quite a bit of anxiety for several months so hopefully this helps reduce some anxiety for others :)
