A lady reached out to me who runs an organization affiliated with Notre Dame which sponsors grad school teachers to teach at a school in Pensacola.

Right off of Cedar road, 1 minute away from Legacy Village, 30 second drive to Norte Dame college and 5 minutes from John Caroll.

@sarah Williams I have used Notre Dame a few times now.

Plus, it was called Digs, Deals and Dames as it was aimed toward female investors so I'm not sure it would have been your cup of tea anyway :)  I haven't seen any local property managers on this board, but who knows, maybe your request will help them come out of the woodworks!
